🌟 Camp Overview The Kids Roll BJJ Summer Camp is a unique movement-based experience where children develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through fun psychomotor games and jiu-jitsu fundamentals. Our positive and inclusive methodology ensures a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for all kids, including neurodivergent children. We incorporate a balanced daily schedule with movement, play, mindfulness, creativity, and rest, ensuring a holistic learning experience. What to Bring to Kids Roll BJJ Summer Camp To ensure your child has the best experience at camp, please make sure they bring the following items each day: Backpack – To keep everything organized. Lunch – Please pack a nutritious lunch that does not require heating. Snacks – A small healthy snack for mid-morning break. Water Bottle – Hydration is key! Please send a refillable water bottle. Comfortable Sportswear – No gi is needed! Kids can wear: ✔️ Athletic shorts or leggings ✔️ T-shirt or rash guard ✔️ Barefoot or grip socks (No shoes on the mats) Please label all personal items with your child’s name to avoid mix-ups. We are excited to welcome your child to a fun, safe, and engaging summer of movement, learning, and play!
