Get ready for a day filled with movement, fun, and learning at Kids Roll BJJ Full Day Camp! Designed for kids ages 5-12, our camp blends the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) with engaging activities that promote discipline, teamwork, and confidence—all in a positive and safe environment. Daily Schedule: 🥋 Morning Kickoff – We start the day with introductions, getting to know each other, and learning about BJJ fundamentals, including belt ranks and our team battle cry! 🔥 Warm-Up & Stretching – Kids engage in dynamic stretching and body movement drills to prepare for the day. 🏋️ Kids Fitness & Intro to BJJ – A fun workout followed by playful drills that introduce key BJJ positions in an interactive way. 🍽️ Lunch Break & Responsibility Time – Kids enjoy their lunch while learning about responsibility, mindfulness, and nutrition. 📚 Reading Circle – A moment to slow down and engage in a story or lesson related to resilience, friendship, or martial arts. 🎯 Team Challenges & Games – Team-based obstacle courses and games that reinforce coordination, agility, and BJJ skills. 🥣 Healthy Snack Break – A delicious and nutritious energy boost to keep the fun going! 🧘 Breathing & Meditation – We end the day with calming breathing exercises and a short guided meditation, followed by sharing reflections on the day. 🚀 Why Join Kids Roll BJJ Camp? ✅ Develop confidence & focus ✅ Learn self-discipline & respect ✅ Improve physical fitness & coordination ✅ Build friendships & teamwork skills Come roll with us and experience a fun-filled day of Jiu-Jitsu, fitness, and mindfulness!

Attire: Kids need to wear comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt and leggings/sweat pants/athletic shorts). A Gi is not required for this camp. ​ What to Bring Big Lunch - Kids need to have a full, healthy meal that does not require a microwave or other special equipment Filling Snacks - This is a high-energy camp. Kids will need a few filling snacks to get them through the day (i.e. granola bars, fruit, etc.) Water Bottle Flip-flop/sandals Backpack - To hold their stuff
