Marine Science and Ultimate Warrior Camp Rising 1st and 2nd Graders

Your Camper will spend half the day in Marine Science Camp: Campers will have the opportunity to utilize our amazing Marine Science Lab with our Marine Science Teacher Ms.Dickey. We will explore the wonders of the marine environment and celebrate habitats and life of the ocean, and our shores. Whether they are new to marine science, or passionate oceanographers at heart, students will take part in creative and hands-on activities, projects, and play that inspire learning and a greater appreciation for ocean stewardship. The other half of their day will be spent in Ultimate Warrior Camp: Sea Crest's own version of the famous show "American Ninja Warrior Junior." Each day Camper's will focus on one of the many social, emotional and physical skills to have the heart, body and mind of a warrior. They will earn a badge through various challenges, activities, relays and obstacles including our new rock climbing wall! We will even have a day dedicated to a light cooking challenge and proper fuel for a warrior. All of the camps come together for lunch, recess breaks and special events. **This camp is for the grades listed in the title only** ***REGISTER BY APRIL 21st to RECEIVE A FREE SUMMER AT SEA CREST T-SHIRT*** Please look out for an email (sent to the email you register with) a week or two prior to camp with more details, including any special days happening that week. Our aftercare at camp runs from 3:00pm-4:00pm the charge is an additional $10 a day, if your child is not picked up by 3:05pm they will automatically be checked into aftercare and we will charge the card on file. Aftercare after a long camp day is definitely a time for decompression and may include board games and/or educational films. We also combine all campers at this time including our JK/K tide pool camp. All camps will run contingent upon a certain number of campers signing up. If your camp is cancelled, you will be notified at least 30 days prior. Cancellation Policy: Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund. Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to camp will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of camp will not be refunded, but you may find someone to fill your campers spot and receive a refund if they attend the camp.
