Spring 2025 Class - Partner/Ballroom/Social Dance (Ages 13-18)

The partner dance classes will cover a variety of topics, including basic dance elements, movement skills, and social dancing. Foundational steps: Learn basic steps like connection, body movement, foot placement, posture, and core engagement; Transitions: Learn how to move between different positions and steps; Leading and following: Develop comfort and ease in social dancing roles; and Dancing with the music: Explore how to dance in time with the music, with smooth entrances and exits. A partner is not required to attend this class! No outdoor footwear is allowed in the studio. While proper ballroom shoes are not required, socks, mens character shoes, or character heels are suggested. NO CLASSES OR REHEARSALS: Saturday, March 15th through Saturday, March 22nd
