Hi-Five Speed and Agility/Strength and Conditioning is a program set up to enhance the overall skill set of your young athlete no matter what sport they are in! From Going over proper running form, footwork, hand-eye coordination, and speed acceleration, this program is a perfect fit for your child to develop as an overall athlete that can help them in MANY of the sports they participate in! Although intense, The Certified Hi-Five Speed and Agility Coaches also provide a FUN and competitive environment to get young athletes excited about exercise!

Please bring water bottle with your child's name clearly labeled on bottle. Children should wear athletic shoes and clothing. CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP POLICY - Any cancellation request must be emailed to hawthornzone@hifivesports.com within 5 business days of the start of the program. Please include your child's name, the class you are cancelling and the reason for the cancellation request. - Any cancellation request made after 5 business days of the start of the program will result in a full Hi-Five Sports Hawthorn credit which can be used for future programs. - If you will miss a class, you must notify us by 24 hours prior to the class missed. You may elect to make-up the class by enrolling in a different date/time. - If you do not make-up the qualified class, a pro-rated credit to Hi-Five Sports Hawthorn may be issued to you at the conclusion of the full class.
