Adult Gymnastics at Flip Out Productions 11-Week Session | 12/1 - 2/23 Looking for a fun way to stay active or reconnect with your gymnastics passion? Join our Adult Gymnastics program! This beginner-friendly, all-levels class is the perfect chance to build strength, improve flexibility, and learn skills on bars, vault, beam, and floor in a supportive environment. Whether you're chasing your gymnastics goals or just want a new way to work out without realizing you're working out, we've got you covered! Session Details: 🗓️ Dates: 12/1 - 2/23 (11 classes) ⏰ Time: Sundays, 9am-10:30am 🏋️ Price: $275 for 11 classes | $30 drop-in Open to ages 16 and up. Come flip with us and have some fun!
