This group designed to support the mommas of little ones. A place to be honest, vulnerable, without judgment, and receive insight to healthy parenting, (circle of security and conscious disciple ) and mentally healthy practices for self-care and success! Supervised care is provided downstairs at the Treehouse . Little ones can join us in the room of course Facilitator: Sarah M Kahn, MA in Counseling, Attachment Based Intervention Specialist - I, Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist & Family Specialist, Trauma Specialist, and a mom *Memberships Required - to check out all the Community Treehouse has to offer call 970-444-0873 and set up a tour!

great information about eating healthy while saving money in grocery bills. Some ideas came up about learning how to grow food at home, being involved in a community veggie patch and buying bulk to split the cost with other families
