- Exclusive use of one of our 3 sports venues with the option to upgrade to the entire Hi-Five Sports Zone facility.
- Equipment for team sports (Flag Football, Basketball, Soccer, Dodgeball, and more).
- Support from Hi-Five Sports staff members who will run the activities, help serve food, and clean up after the party.

By registering for a party at Hi-Five Sports Zone, parents acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Party Deposit and Service Charge: All Hi-Five Standard Birthday Parties require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your party. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Additionally, an 18% Service Charge will be applied to the final bill.

Full-facility party rentals can ONLY be made over the phone and require a 25% deposit upfront.

Location: Hi-Five Sports Zone @ North Point Mall, 1008 North Point Circle, Alpharetta, GA 30022.

Arrival Times:
-The birthday family may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the party for set-up.
-Party guests may arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the party.
-Parties staying more than 15 minutes past the scheduled end time will incur a $45 fee, plus an additional $45 for every 10 minutes thereafter.

Parental Attendance:
-Parents of children over the age of 6 are not required to stay, but must adhere to time restrictions and staff ratios when dropping off or picking up their child.

Facility Usage:
-Standard parties include exclusive use of ONE venue at a time. Other areas (e.g., basketball courts) may be used for paid open gym during your party.
-Non-participating parents, siblings, or guests must register for Open Gym to use spaces not designated for the party ($15/hr or $10/half-hour).

Attire:
-Children must wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes to participate.

Waivers:
-Every child under 18 physically staying in our facility must have a waiver signed at the front desk, regardless of participation.

Unattended Children:
-HI-FIVE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY UNATTENDED CHILDREN. HI-FIVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PLAY TO ANY CHILD DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.
