Open gym and tricking time for those curious about parkour and our currently enrolled parkour athletes. Teens and adults welcome. Ages 12 and up only. No experience is necessary. First timers welcome. Our coaches take an active role in you or your child's time here, offering challenges, teaching new moves, and having fun playing active games.
