Teaching Our Late-Elementary to Middle School Aged Children The Basics Of Movement And Exercise In A Fun Environment Creates The Environment Where We Can Effectively Teach Them The Basic Foundations Of Self Defense. We Start To Explore Self-Defense Sequences And Introduce Some Submission Categories In This Program.
