Girls in STEM: June 30, 2023, STEM Career Girls Evening at iSPACE

Who: Girls 5th grade - 8th Grade

Time: 6 pm-8 pm

Girls in grades 5-8 are invited to join us for an exciting evening of inspiration, learning, and fun at our STEM Career Girls Evening! This event is specifically designed to empower young girls and ignite their passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Get ready to be inspired by successful women in STEM, engage in interactive activities, and enjoy delicious snacks.

While various STEM professionals will be present, two focus sessions will include activities about:

Cybersecurity (Technology) with Stella Bridges, the Managing Principal at Secliance, a Cybersecurity and Compliance company

and

Women in Transportation (Engineering) with Stephanie Roberts, Project Manager - Water in the Jacobs Transportation Team at Jacobs

All girls will attend both focus sessions.

Check in begins at 5:45pm. Light snacks will be served.
