In this outdoor yoga class, Karen will lead you and your little ones in 45 minutes of yoga. We will breathe, do poses, sing, dance, play games, and end with relaxation. Come laugh and play with your little one while introducing them to yoga!
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket and water.
