To reserve your party, a $250 deposit and a signed party agreement are required. Please review & sign our South Play Party Agreement, and upload to your reservation as part of the booking process in order to confirm as definite.

Once you have reserved your party slot, we will contact you to discuss and review the details of your party and answer any questions you may have. ALL PARTIES ARE PRIVATE for you and your guests.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
There is a $250 non-refundable deposit (*$500 for VIP Parties) required to reserve your party at South Play. This deposit is applied to your total invoice. Party package pricing is based on 15 children and 25 adults. Additional charges apply for children and adults above these numbers.

Our indoor capacity is for up to 75 guests. Additional guests (up to 100 additional) can be accommodated in our outdoor courtyard. Call for details
- You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party for party set up
- All adults must wear socks in the play space
- Confetti and/or bubbles are not permitted inside of South Play
- No food or glass allowed in the play space
- You may bring alcoholic beverages for your guests should you so desire
- No homemade balloon garlands are allowed...South Play staff is not available to assist in
set up of any balloon garlands. Professionally made garlands are approved for
installation...please ensure appropriate time is allocated.
- Any banners that are to be affixed to a wall need to be lightweight and able to be displayed with simple wall safe tape. Any heavy and/or vinyl banners need to be mounted on a backdrop or frame provided by the client. South Play does not have backdrops or frames on premise

• 30 day non-refundable party cancellation policy
• Access to 2 free on-site parking lots with 5 SOUTH PLAY dedicated parking spaces provided for your party, with additional parking on Gertruda Ave.
