What your child’s day will look like

Come and take part in our HS Soccer strength and conditioning program. This is a periodized program that will use periodic testing to improve your soccer fitness. You will improve your strength, endurance, and ability to recover quickly, to work to a high intensity again. This phase will include: Weekly Fitness Testing Personal Instruction twice a week A tailored 4-week plan
