What your child’s day will look like
Wind it up and get ready to fly! For this STEAM-o-matic camp, we will build rubber band-powered racers that zip-zip-zoom along a line. Campers will have fun exploring the fascinating world of energy conversion and aerodynamics in this high-speed hands-on camp. So, don your favorite aviator goggles and come join the fun! For ages 6-12. Campers should be finished with Kindergarten upon registering. What to BRING: - Pack Lunch - 2 Snacks *Help us keep everyone safe! Please DO NOT include nuts or nut products (nut butters, etc.) in your child's snacks/lunch. Thank you for your understanding!* What to WEAR: - "Art" clothes - Appropriate footwear for the outdoors. (Daily walk to the Ohlone Greenway Park after lunch, weather permitting.) Emphasis is on what/how we learn, less on perfect product. We attempt to meet all campers at their skill level, beginner or advanced.
