I have worked in the Irish Wheelchair Association which gave me an insight into a wide variety of disabilities i have worked in childcare for years i have experience of autism i done some work experience in a primary school 2 of my sons are on the spectrum do they are very mild and my brother in law i love caring for people especially children and bringing out the best in them
