My mum always worked in care and I always loved to help her as a child and in teenage years. It's something I've always done in one way or another. I have recently had the pleasure of working in a nursery that had funding to hire me on a one 2 one basis with a non verbal child with autism. Though my understanding in this area was limited I was compatible to the job and was able to grow and develop in knowledge and practical skills. I am a passionate, enthusiastic woman with a real passion for people, and a heart for helping.
