Hi my name is Olga and I’ve been working in care sector since 2005. Started as a carer assistant then made my way up to a registered manager and a managing director of my own care company. I am fully trained and I use to deliver training myself to my care staff. I’ve decided to use my skills and my knowledge to be a private carer now. I am very passionate about person centred care and I would love to give my support to people who need it.
