I have worked in various social care settings for over 7 years from which I gained a broad knowledge in providing professional support to service users to enable and promote independent living and fulfilment. I am a conscientious worker and a credible team player with high degree of flexibility towards performance of my work. In the course of seeking both personal and professional development I have pursued and achieved several trainings and qualifications which include NVQ level 2 &3 in Health and Social Care with adults and young people’s settings, level 3 in medication and have recently completed a level 3 in management and team leading to facilitate my aspired role as a senior support worker. I am highly skilled in implementing Person Centered Planning starting from preparing the support plan to formulate the person centered reviews to ensure the individuals make an informed decision and also respecting and supporting their choice, wishes and aspirations. I always maintain high level of confidentiality and work within the guidelines of “valuing People” at all time.
