I am an archaeologist, now living in London, Islington, I helped excavate world heritage sites around Greece, Turkey and Albania. I have lived with and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life; I have years of experience with dogs and cats mainly- I have always tried to give rescue animals a home and I am especially good with shy or anxious pets. I regularly take care of a couple of friends' cats who prefer to have someone look after their pets they know and trust when they go on holiday rather than the lottery that is kennels/catteries. I have supported friends/family when they needed a hand with a poorly pet and helped them take their furry friend to the vet . I lived in the Oxfordshire country side about 10 years ago and had a male english bull terrier Max, who I adored and 5 rescue cats who adored me, 4 rescue chickens, one rabbit, two goldfish. I loved going on long walks with my dog Max and I understand the importance of exercise and play for dogs, especially when they live in the city. Happy to walk dogs, feed pets while you are away and over-night if your pet needs more attention or is elderly or needs medication given. I can happily provide references if required.
