As a dog owner myself I know the level of care I would expect a dog walker or care giver to provide. I believe animals should be treated gently with a calm demeanor and then they will cooperate with all you ask of them. I never scold my dogs and I wouldn't frighten your dogs either. Dogs do not respond to being reprimanded. You have to understand that gentle cajoling and treating them in a friendly but firm manner will go much further than pulling on a lead or yelling at them when they don't respond to your commands the first time. I also recognize the importance of exercise both for four-legged and two legged beings alike! I love nothing more than getting out in all weathers with my dogs. I am not afraid of rambling in muddy trails and the best companion is a dog! I am hoping to em(bark) ( if you pardon the pun) on a new business venture by advertising my services as a dog walker for the areas of Cathcart, Muirend, Battlefield, Mount Florida, Newlands, Netherlee, Clarkson, Shawlands and Giffnock. I can make myself available to customers at anytime, day or night between the hours of 7am and 9pm.
