I am a 26 year old self employed care assistant with just over 4 years experience. I started my career in care as a cook in a privately run care home shortly after I was given the opportunity to become a care assistant as the manager saw my potential, since then I have thrived and loved every second of my role. I have experience in - Dementia care Nursing Learning disabilities Residential care Palliative care Mental Health Fully insured, DBS checked and have all relevant training, references can be requested if you would like them. I love my job and knowing that I am making a difference, I don’t only deliver care but I give my time and support not only to the person I am supporting but to their families too. It is important to have a relationship with all involved. In my spare time, I love nothing more than walking my 3 beautiful pugs 2 of which are rescues.
