I have worked in care for 14 years. I have worked in a care home where I learnt a lot about care. I have worked with learning disabilities, autism, cerebal palsy patients , stroke patients, dementia. I have NVQ level 1 and 2 plus I have done lots of open learning courses in Dementia, Mental health in adults Children's mental health, Diabetes, Health and nutrition Illness in older People,. I am a genuine and caring person and the people I support get the best that I can deliver.I treat people as I would want to be treat with care , compassion, dignity and empathy and pride myself in the job I do. I think it is better for a person to be looked after at home rather than go into care
