I am a hardworking, reliable and punctual person who is always friendly and outgoing. I work well as part of a team and on my own initiative. I have some relevant experience working with elderly adults as i volunteered on a ward at the carelton clinic and organise activities to keep them occupied and also experience with adults with learning disabilities as I volunteered at a day centre and helped the service users to become more confident at being independant. I have an excellent telephone manner due to having to answer the telephone a lot in the hotel I worked in. I am computer literate with basic keyboard skills. I am a cheerful, polite and smiley person. In my spare time I love to do leather craft which can include a variety of skills but you always need to be creative (I condition and dye the leather, make templates, cut out with a knife the leather and also using Saddlers stitch stitching.
