My name is Laura, and I have been in care for over 30 years gaining a vast amount of knowledge and experience along the way. i have worked in nursing homes, residential homes, dom care and private care, i have all relevant qualifications required by CQC regulations, including my last achievement of NVQ level 5 in management and leadership. i have a current DBS on the update system and references to view from private clients i have cared for. I am a passionate and empathic person and enjoy my work. i have also trained family members and close friends up to the required standard for back up and double up care needed.
