Hello all I have cared for my nan for the last two years of her life. I did all her day to day care such as bathing, toileting, cleaning her house, doing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also stayed with her overnight gave medication that she needed. I also work now as a private career where I do a few days a week I use a hoist that I’m happy to do alone without any help I used to do private house cleaning that I still do now and then do you could have me all in one career and cleaner
