I have been in the health and social care industry since I was 18 years old, I have worked in a range of residential homes, with various amounts of people, all with different needs. I use a person centred approach to tailor to each individuals needs, giving them the very best care they deserve. I have completed my first year nursing, again, I worked with a range of different individuals all with complex care needs. I am trained In first aid, end of life care, dementia care, challenging behaviour, medication administration and moving and handling. Along with various of other training certificates.
