I care deeply for the elderly as I have witnessed much of their suffering and the blight of the diseases they have to endure. It comes naturally to me to care for them the best way that I can. I find it hugely rewarding to attend to the elderly in particular because I feel that they are so very often undervalued and forgotten about. I find interactions with the elderly heart-warming and fascinating and relish all that I can learn from them in their wisdom. I've gained much experience over the last 16 years and feel well equipped to take care of the elderly within a nursing home environment as well as within the community.
