I had a part-time job working in a Primary School after school club, looking after children from ages 4-12. As a play worker my responsibilities include creating a safe and fun environment for the children, so they are able to wind down and enjoy themselves after school hours. I also have two nieces aged 3 and 5, who I regularly look after at weekends and during school holidays. My part-time job has offered me many training courses to complete, such as Child Protection Training, Paediatric First Aid Training, Prevent Awareness Course and my DBS.
