In my years in the nursery I learned a lot from the children, their needs, likes and dislikes and that they are all different and they need your attention, they need their voice to be heard. At the university while training as a teacher I learned a lot about the importance of the routine, stability and observation. Also, that every age group is different and it comes with it's own challenges. My experience as a senior carer it's also useful in reading symptoms, administering medication if the job comes with this requirement. Eating healthy and keeping hydrated it's also key. I have a bachelor degree in arts and design and I have a lot of patience. I always smile, I used to sing in a band years ago, I am very crafty and all the children get attached to me an d find me interesting and fun. I just love working with children.
