I have worked or assisted in caring for children most my life whether it being within personal life or within my job role as a deputy manager of a children’s home. I am trained with first aid, as having my level 3 on health and social care. I believe caring and nurturing for children correctly supports their development. I am a fun and down to Earth individual who is able to communicate with different age levels. This has come from my experience of babysitting different family members since I was 16 and my role job. I am able to complete different tasks or activities with young people whether it being some reading or having a games night. I ensure I build a positive relationship with both the parents and children ensuring the trust is there as this is important. I am reliable and organised and my nature is helping where I can.
