I have worked in childcare for almost 5 years and hold an NVQ Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. I have also been babysitting children from 6months to 12+ years in my spare time during these past 5 years. I have learnt to be fun, enthusiastic and friendly at all times in the presence of children and I can think on my feet if a situation should require. Working in a nursery and preschool I observe children according to the EYFS and offer ideas for activities to enhance development. Working with older children has given me the chance to expand my knowledge and build new skills.
