I have work with a local childminder (for my schools work experience week) I have vary good communication skills, I have patience and a sense of humour, I am flexible, I have parent and family qualities also. I have much experience with children as i baby sit/ childminder for my cousins and auntie and uncle, I also help my dad and step mother with my 2 younger brothers.
