Hello! My name is Lauren and I have a real passion for childcare. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Early Years Teacher Status and a Bachelors Degree in Childhood and Youth. For the past year and a half, I have worked in private nurseries and just returned from a summer season supervising a crèche in a hotel. Previous to this, I worked for an outdoor activity company with primary school aged children for over 2 years. I have a very child-centred approach and love helping children to flourish and grow into independent, kind and caring individuals.
