Hello my name is Hayley, I have been a nanny for 18years. I have two children of my own age 17 and 7. I hold my level 3 in childcare, I am Ofsted registered and regularly up date my first aid. Along with these I have gained many other certificates in childcare and have outstanding references. I am very outgoing, fun loving, honest and reliable. I have twin and nanny share experience and being a mum myself I completely understand how precious these children are which is why safety is paramount to me. I love being a nanny as every day is different and I feel I can provide the quality of care to which each child deserves. I also feel it is very important for children to learn and develop from the world around them. Over the years I have built up great respect from working along side my family’s to which some I have regular contact with 12years on! I have a great understanding of each child’s individual needs which I personally adapt to for that child so they meet there personal development stages.
