Previously I have had experience in being a primary school pre and after school care assistant this involved: • Created and implemented activity plans based on child-led interests and curiosities • Offered children a snack ensuring food hygiene • First aid trained and safeguarding checks updated regularly (each term) • Built positive relationships with students and parents. Another job I’ve had with relevant experience is being a coach at my local gymnastics club! I was at this job for 6 years and really enjoyed it, this involved: • Developed lesson plans and routines for individual students to meet personal goals and abilities • Briefed safety rules and standards to students and spotters at the beginning of classes • Served customers at the coffee shop • Built positive relationships with students and parents and communicated ideas for development effectively.
