Hello, my name is Emily and I am 20 years old. I have grown up around babies and small children and with that experience I am now looking for a full time job in childcare. I currently live with my family and three younger siblings. I am a very outgoing person, I enjoy being with my friends and family, going for long walks, watching films, I enjoy cooking and I like to keep things tidy. I love animals and I enjoy caring for babies as well as older children. I have always been around babies and children. I first started babysitting from the age of 13 when my youngest sibling was only 1 year old, not long after I started babysitting for a lot of my mum's friends and neighbours. Over the years I have babysat for large families, Babies under 1 year, young children and older children. When I finished school in 2011 I went on to study childcare at college. I completed my level 2 introduction to childcare in 2012 and then studied level 2 children and young peoples workforce which I completed in 2013. Whilst studying I volunteered for a work placement at a Nursery, there I gained experience in caring for multiple children at once, creating fun and educational activities, cooking, cleaning and working with special needs children.
