I have worked as a Nursery assistant and a teaching assistant at a primary school helping children to read and helping with arts and crafts in the classroom. I then worked as a childminder for six years looking after babies and children from 3 months to 8 years old. We spent time baking, going to the park, reading and playing. I also helped them with homework after school and made their tea. For the last 2 years I have worked for a babysitting agency looking after children in their own home. I really enjoy being with children and have found the time I have spent with them very rewarding. I have 2 grown up children of my own, aged 21 and 19 years old.
