I am currently working a private nursery, as a room leader in the baby room, but with previous experience as a nanny and an assistant house parent. I have a positive and happy personality and working with in the school environment has taught me a great deal. I am currently studying my Masters in Education at The Open University, as well as completing my level 4 in childcare. My previous jobs have helped me develop my team working skills and enhanced my team communication skills. It has also taught me to communicate to a variety of dif- ferent people in many different situations and settings but has given me the ability to be friendly and polite even when times get tough or under pressure. I am an efficient, friendly and enthusiastic individual who enjoys learning new things and challenges. I am also a qualified lifeguard. The boarding environment teaches you how important routine and structure is to children and I can bring that to the home environment along with a lot of fun, love and nurture.
