| My name is Kelsi . I hold a Master of Arts in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies — both from the University of Regina. I worked as a Teaching Assistant throughout graduate school and currently work as an academic writing tutor (primarily focusing on international students whose first language is not English) at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. I specialize in grammar, sentence structure, citations (Chicago, MLA, and APA styles), and everything else under the umbrella of academic writing. I aim not only to help students, but to build relationships with them. While my job is to teach students, I usually walk away from each session with newfound knowledge of my own. I am personable, goal-oriented, accommodating, and experienced with students from all walks of life, including international students, ESL students, and students with special needs.
