| I am a relaxed and friendly ESL/ ELL Tutor. I have my CERTESL from University of Saskatchewan. I taught English in Japan for three years. I work for the School District now but fully available in the summer. I can help you with all areas of settlement and language.

| I have a B.A. degree in English Literature from Dalhousie University, with a minor in Classics (Ancient Greek). I have one year of experience as a writing tutor at Vancouver Island University, working for the Faculty of Education, Masters in Special Education, to tutor graduate students and assist them in writing their thesis. I have a passion for words and good stories, whether it's a novel, a TV show, a film, a poem, or a song lyric and I would love to share and pass on that appreciation for literature (and maybe pop culture interpretation) with others. I took three years of Creative Writing at Vancouver Island University and I am currently working part-time as a freelance ghostwriter in the fiction genre. I was also a partial product of a homeschooling education, achieving a very high score for reading comprehension on my SAT exam in 2007.
