Life Skills Worker has raised 3 boys & now has the exp and time help others.

Creativity, compassion, and laughter are critical to helping each other develop skills and confidence. 25 Years ago I met my husband while working as a life skills coach for young adults with development challenges. The relationships created with many of those families continued for decades. Little did I know that I was learning the skills that I would need for my own children. 3 grown boys later, those same skills helped me teach them adaptive skills to function in a very confusing world regardless of how their brains are wired.
My strengths are in strong communication via pictoral, digital, written, and verbal.
I love sharing tools and skills for organizing time and home. Mixed media art and journals are tools that I regularly use as activities to do while learning together, as well as for mental health and processing complex feelings, ideas, and views. This is a benefit that is receiving mainstream attention for anyone but has always been a tool in our toolbox.
I am not looking for full time paycheck but, instead for a chance to share my gifts and skills to help someone else feel more able to be empowered and in control of their lives.
