A caring retired policeman, pastor and chaplain who loves to care for seniors whenever I can.

My background is pastoral/chaplaincy and CSW (Community Support Worker).
I pastored a church (When I retired from the military) where most of my congregation were seniors where I had a great time with them in visits in their homes to visiting them in the hospital and nursing home and officiating the occasional funeral.
In 2006 I took a course with the Red Cross called Community Support Worker to help seniors stay in their homes by checking in on them, keeping them company for a couple of hours in the evening and helping them into their PJ's. I was assigned to the Alzheimer ward various evenings to stay with a gentleman who would get anxious in the evenings.
In 2017/18 I was employed at Sandlewood Long term Care Nursing Home in Brampton, Ontario as a Chaplain where I visited the residents three days a week and shared a time with them on Sunday afternoons with a short message and lots of songs.
