| My name is Talysha. I have worked in the care industry as a personal support worker in England for 4 years. I've done domiciliary (home care), I've worked in a nursing home, and I've worked with disabled adults. I can assist with personal care, meals, errands and chores around or near the home or in the garden, I don't smoke and I am comfortable with pets. I do not drive though (I'm currently learning) so I can only travel by public transport, meaning I cannot give rides to anyone. I am a bubbly person and I talk a lot, I love telling and listening to stories and I love helping people. I have in the past been certified in CPR and First Aid but the certification has ran out. I plan to retake it soon though.

| I can work with lots of different people including adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions, also I can manage working in a care home, in a community day Centre or in someone’s own home. First and foremost I as a care giver I have a genuine concern for others. Those who need support come from all different backgrounds, and have a range of conditions that make everyday living a challenge. I usually treat all people that I care equally and with genuine sensitivity and come to the job without prejudices, or pre-conceptions.
