I retired from nursing in 2016 at which time I let my nursing registration lapse. As a former RPN for over 40 years, I have worked extensively with mental health patients, seniors at Cassellhome for The Aged. I offered respite services in my home to my older sister from moderate symptoms to Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
I am reliable, trustworthy, caring and empathetic. My goal is to help maintain my clients in their own home and to preserve current level of function for as long as possible. I have always been exceptionally empathetic to my residents/patients and as a retiree, I can totally identify with the elderly.
My CPR/First Aid has lapsed and I am willing to update my certification if required.
