| Hello, I am a 44 year old mother of 2 children and married to my husband for 12 years. I am also a breast cancer survivor which has made me realize how precious this life we are given is and made me more empathetic to those suffering from illness and physical challenges. I have 18 years experience as a Registered Practical Nurse specializing in Alzheimer's care in a long term care facility and 3 years experience as a personal care giver in a private home setting. I consider it a privilege and honour to care for elderly people in their homes and treat each person as though they were my own loved one.
