Personal support worker

I have a few years of experience with seniors in there homes and in a seniors 55+ residential setting. Providing compassionate care which starts with treating people with respect proving the best possible care as a support worker assisting people with learning or retaining skills needed to perform activities of daily living. Meal preparation, bathing, dressing , toileting, companionship , errands house , work , what ever needs to be done that is no longer possible for some one to do I do with in my ability and skill set to do . I try to uphold Dignity, Independence, Preferences , Privacy and most importantly keep people safe from harm . I determine if I am suitable on a case by case basis as individual as the people I assist.
