Many people can control an animal through studied technique, but few can do it intuitively. In my case, I have found a natural and innate animal sense fueling my interest and success in caring for and enjoying all manner of animals from an early age. While owning and caring for small and large, exotic and common creatures, I experienced a wide range of training and health challenges. About 5 years of my experience was with the breeding and training of rare ferrets as well as caring for animals in a locally run exotic zoo. When I started owning horses, I successfully managed the breeding, maintenance and training of more than one breed with equal success. Animals such as cats, dogs and birds have always been at home in my presence and unusually submissive without any action on my part. I am diligent in maintenance of health needs, thorough in facility design (handy too!) and able to work in all manner of conditions (with/without facilities) year round.
