I’m organized and reliable, making sure to follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, and playtime for each pet. I pay close attention to owner instructions and keep them updated with regular texts and photos. I’m good at handling any problems that come up, and can also help with light house-sitting tasks to keep everything running smoothly while owners are away. | Hi, I'm Ivy! I'm a pet sitter in Prince George, British Columbia. I've had about 7 years of experience in caring for and looking after both dogs and cats. I have had experience with a wide variety of dogs and cats, including seniors, energetic, physically strong, and those with low energy. I have walked/looked after dogs who do not do well with being around other dogs and those that are shy or get scared easily. I have looked after multiple pets from the same home, one of which being a cat that (I was told by the owners) does NOT like many people. However, as soon as I walked in the door, the cat immediately started sniffing and licking my hand. Another, being a large dog that is often stressed when his primary person is not in sight, was super comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I currently have open flexibility and can provide walks, overnight care in your home, or simply drop in and check on your furbaby as well as play with them and feed them and make sure they're comfortable.

| I have some experience in pet care having volunteered at an animal shelter, taking care of litters of kittens ever since I was young, small dogs, big dogs, puppies and small time in taking care of a horse. I love animals and I would happily walk or play with your animals to give you a break, I will walk as long as needed for a sufficient amount of time! I do have a small fear of XL dogs if they tend to jump on people, but I get over it pretty fast as long as they don't have a history of violence! I am just looking to make some extra cash and to have the opportunity to meet new adorable animals!

I love walking dogs and playing with cats . I love seeing them happy and being played with. I’m often referred to as “auntie JAS” as I take care of my friends/ family’s animals frequently. I make sure to take dogs out for adventures in local parks and give them lots of pets. I love using wand cat toys so cats can get their daily dose of catching their prey. I am very friendly and get along with most animals. I have done both short (1 day) and long (6 weeks) of overnight house sitting. I have experience looking after chickens, dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and gerbils. I also have experience watering and weeding gardens and looking after other vegetation, some experience giving animals medication, and a passion for walking dogs.
