I have no experience as a professional dog walker but I have dog sat for family friends in the past. One of the responsibilities I would be given was taking the dog on daily walks. If I were hired as a dog walker I would take your dogs to different parks in the area. I could also walk around the neighbourhood if that is where you feel your dog is safest.
